      HR does a good job getting you on board.

      Cons

      Buy your own leads. The leads are terrible. The only people I know who make money with this travel. Almost everyone lies to you.

      Higher comp than some other IMOs

      Cons

      You DON’T own your book of business, you are NOT released from carriers once you inevitably leave, you are encouraged to buy crappy leads because they make profit when you buy them, leads are shared with other FFL agents, MANY cancellations due to using expensive carriers, hardly any support from higher and that’s JUST producer complaints, not manager complaints
