Pros

They start you out at a high commission level (BUT THIS IS A NEGATIVE IF YOU WANT TO BUILD AN AGENCY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE AN OVERRIDE OFF YOUR TEAM BECAUSE EVERY ONE COMES IN AT A HIGH COMP)

Cons

The leads were horrible quality and they were selling these leads to multiple agents. They only work with a handful of insurance carriers so your options are limited versus the other IMOs out there. Yes you start at a high compensation level but if there aren't enough leads to go around then who cares. Making one sale versus 10 with another company at a lower comp level, you end up making more with other companies at a lower initial comp. Also if you build an agency you won't hardly get overrides off your team because they push you to start people off at 100 to 110% comp which is not sustainable over the long term.

Our leads are all exclusive leads we've never had a complaint about lead quality from agents that actually sell and work with us. This review seems to full of false claims for example, FFL is contracted with over a dozen carriers so there are plenty of options for your clients needs. Our leads are never sold to more than one agent and you are not required to buy leads through FFL. There is no insurance agent in the country that can say with a straight face that high comp for the producer is a bad thing. We start agents off at a high comp level because we don't believe in greed, we believe the agent making the sale should be paid the most off of their own efforts. It is impossible to make more money on a lower comp basic math contradicts that claim. We've found that our turnover is a lot lower with high comp because everyone is making money.

Really no pros to this company. The only pro is maybe they are good at blowing smoke trying to make u think they care and they don’t

Cons

The ceo acts like some college kid who does not know how to be professional and grow up. The leads are not quality they are resold They up charge leads n then take the up charged money to line their own pockets and say oh here’s a bonus. Lol it’s ur own money only idiots would fall for this scam Highest comp. promised. Nope only one carrier of their three offers it n they offer u it then take it away

At Family First Life we do not resell leads, every lead that you buy through us is an exclusive lead that is only distributed to one agent. Exclusive leads do cost more than shared leads or resold leads, that being said we do not require agents to purchase leads through FFL we simply provide options for the agents but you are free to buy leads through any place you want. A Great Place to Be if You are Ready to Take Control of Your Life

Pros

Great Leads. Great Support. Great Commissions. Great Culture. I don't know what more to say. The Agency I work under in FFL ( Southern California , FFL USA) has been hands down the most encouraging and supportive working environment I have ever worked under. I have had great training, and they have guided me to a great lead strategy. I am issue paying over 20k per month and I haven't even been there a year. I have worked for a few different IMOs now and no one has come close to delivering like FFL. Did I mention that commissions are way better than any I have seen. I will forever be grateful that I came across Family First Life.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. You have to work. If you want to only run appointments 30 minutes from your house and be hand fed , this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you show that you are willing to do what it takes, this company will go way out of its way to help you.
