      If an agent is having an issue with their upline we always encourage them to contact our corporate office so that we can help correct any problems that they're encountering.

      Pros

      Pretty much everyone I've worked with has been positive and helpful. All the training is free and all the trainers are approachable. They have a confidence you only get from really knowing what you're doing and having done it countless times.

      Cons

      At the end of the day, you're clients are people, which are by nature, stressful. Be mindful not to get burned out by focusing too much on the negatives.
