Cons

The roller coaster is real, but I’d rather ride the FFL roller coaster than any other.

The flexibility you have to run and manage your business. You are your own boss. You have access to as many leads and lead vendors as you want. Amazing training put out by the founder and CEO Shawn Meaike, top producers. Highest comp in the industry to allow you to have financial freedom.

Cons

Wish I would have found Family First Life sooner.

- Don't have to use warm market in your network, they have leads already inventoried that you can purchase at a SEVERELY reduced rate. - Free Training - Free Sales Conferences - Regimented on-boarding, contracting, and training boot camp - Formal mentorship program (you can even contact the CEO of the company! Where else can you do that?!) - Diverse and empowering to everyone no matter their background/race/creed

Cons

- As an independent contractor, health/dental benefits are solely on the agent - Like any other agency in the industry, it's a grind. It's not complicated, but it's hard work. Don't come here expecting to be successful if you aren't willing to put the work ethic in.
