Restored my faith in life insurance industry

They offer the highest comp in the industry, best ever training that I could find on the internet. Their training is so good that I seek them out to join the company. They paid for new agent licensing course, get lead discounts for agents. Have a system in place to set up new agents for success. Best of all, everyone from the CEO to managers lead by example. They speak from their heart about going out and helping protecting family, that's the best.

Cons

You have to take the leap of faith to succeed, no one is gonna do it for you.

The training is the best...the comps are by far the best in the biz....all the agency owners and managers are super helpful....reps earning a solid $20-$40k plus a month and more. It’s a life changing experience all while helping families. I’m very glad I found FFL.
