Pros

High compensation, great training, tons of lead options, Top quality mentorship, Able to move through the ranks quickly, Lots of opportunity for growth, able to build and own your own agency with all of the marketing and training and advice provided free

Cons

must be a hard worker, and self-motivated. There is no babysitting or hand-holding, and absolutely no room for negative people or winers.

Pros

this place shows you how much better it is else where

Cons

1. Leads are misleading, told to be the best exclusive to you, they suck and please stop with the “a lead is a lead” yes can you get a sale from an 8 month old lead (most likely not) yes you can but wouldnt you rather have a lead that hasn’t been called a bunch and resold over and over and actually have accurate information and not look like a fake made print out of stolen information? I would too 2.training is horrible it’s all the same….phone script training is all with near perfect going sets which if you have someone already interested in getting life insurance then it takes an idiot not to book it but it’s not all rainbows and butterflies on the phones but they sure train like it is. No direction on what to actually do 3.if your upline sucks you will too…”buy more leads and dial harder” is the only thing they have to offer a struggling agent and it’s depressing. They see you struggling and ask how many appointments have you booked…let’s say you say 2 (which happens much more then you’d think with how much bs they give you on youtube) all they do is say keep dialing. If there was a way to dial (perfect phone script) it’d be known but everyone has their own way because they have the ability to with the mailers the top producers have coming in. They get the people that want insurance of course they will sell more. You can put $1500 into their “exclusive instant internet leads” and watch $500 go down the drain in wrong/disconnected numbers, $500 go down in people that have no idea what you call for or didn’t fill it out or are getting bombed with calls or just hang up on you. The last $500 is where you might get your appointments from but who knows how many will show, how many will porch you, how many can truly afford it, and how many are generally invested in getting insurance. After the $1500 in leads you’d be lucky to get $3000 in sales but BEWARE OF CHARGEBACKS

This entire review is comprised of false and misleading statements, and our company numbers prove that. If our system was ran in the way that this reviewer implies it would be impossible to have the kind of consistent growth that we've seen every year since opening in 2013. As a company we issued $35 million last month and thousands of agents contributed to that volume. Our numbers show us that we have a tested and proven system that will work for the right individual looking to create a lucrative sales career.
