Best Opportunity in America

Pros

- Industry leading comp (90-145%) - Quality leads for all budgets - Unlimited income potential - Training - Bonuses for days - Free CRM - Access to all FFL offices nationwide via Workspots - A ton of lead discounts via Workspots

Cons

There are seriously no “cons”. If you do not go to work, you will not be paid. Although, this is the norm across the industry. You’ll need to invest into leads to be successful, however, worst case scenario you 3x your investment. Oh no! What you put in is what you’ll get out! Put your head down, buy in, get to work!!

Pros

Full transparency on whats expected of you. The company offeres great structure and systems in place to ensure success. The high compensation is untouchable here.

Cons

Honestly if you are not self driven it may not be the company for you. The succes only happens if you truly go to work.

Too Hyped Up

Pros

Good money to be made if you become a slave for them.

Cons

Majority of the executive VPs are very you g and naive when it comes to being a good leader. They are all Instagram models, VERY money hungry, and they get secret ‘kick backs’ from Integrity marketing group whenever the agents underneath them spend all their money on the CRM leads (which are provided by Integrity). The executive VPs also get monthly bonuses if their team production reaches certain numbers however when an agent underneath them wants to rise to their level, the executive VP will have to share part of the bonus and this causes the lower ranking agent a major halt in hierarchy status bc the exec VP might refuse to let them rise. This company is full of money hungry social media microInfluencers that only show support to their slave worker bees and will refuse to support any agent that works part time or produces lower numbers, despite the agent asking for help/advice.
