      Pros

      I came from another IMO... a "practice company" and they had horrible leads. FFL has a steady flow of fresh quality leads from multiple lead sources and are constantly improving and making sure we have cutting-edge leads and support around making them consistent for every agent regardless of where you are in the country.

      Cons

      We are the industry's fastest-growing IMO and agents from other IMO's are flocking from everywhere to join us unfortunitely that creates some discontent and haters from other IMO's wanting to bring us down. I've noticed fake press that has no validity just people's opinions that are lies.

      Work life balance, no start up fees, unlimited amount of leads, highest comp in the industry, will help you get licensed if you are not licensed, get rewarded handsomely for serving others and protecting family and loved ones

      Cons

      There are no cons I can currently think of unless you are looking for a job where you get paid to do nothing this ain't that place.
