Coming from a previous experience in the insurance industry I transitioned with FFL & immediately became a student of the business. Love the winning culture, team environment and competitive leaderboard. If anyone enjoys all three of those things. You should work with FFL.

Cons

I personally don’t have any downside. I believe most people would say buying leads or driving to appointments would be a con for them but what I noticed is that it’s part of building your business & serving more people.
