Pros

Free training, high comp, vested renewals day one, mentorship, lots of lead variety. You literally could be broke Monday and make $10,000 by Friday - all you need is great work ethic and a good attitude. You can just do sales or you can build a team, it's your own business from day one, you make your goals and your partners will help you accomplish them.

Cons

NONE - I literally could never go work anywhere else. I love it here.

Pros

The energy and support here is insane! Everyone here wants you to win no matter how long you’ve been with the company. The comp here is the best in the industry hands down and can’t be beat. Your hard work is rewarded big time here.

Cons

You have to pay for your leads but the ROI is incredible if you put the work in.
