      Pros

      Serving families. High comp. Leads. The opportunity to live the American dream is alive and well at Family First Life. It offers everyone the opportunity to build a business that they own 100% of and can become financially free in under ten years.

      Cons

      None. This really is the best business ever. I have never seen a company that offers people compensation that truly represents the work people put in.

      Pros

      There are so many reasons that someone should work at FFL. I think one of best is that Family First Life is like a big family and everyone is willing to help. Another reason is the compensation is the best out there and training from Top Producers that are in the field!

      I honestly have not had any reasons why I would not want to work with FFL.

      Here are some of the things I belive set Family First Life Apart: - Awesome Culture - Great Building Structure - Consistent Training - Lead Availability - Great upside for income potential

      Cons

      Not so much cons as much as just different view points - Extreme Focus on business only and not quality of life or balance - Compensation plan based on what is best for the company and not for the client - Compensation Tiers not quite as transparent as they pose them to be
