      Pros

      Working with Family First Life has been life changing! I not only have access to leads (people raising their hands for life insurance protection) but have the most amazing training, support, and high comp where we START our agents at no less than a 90% commision! We have the ability to work all the way up to a 145% level, get bonus’ paid to us based on ageny volume (How many families we have protected). There truly is no better opportunity out there for someone that isn’t afraid of hard work and has the ability to believe in themself.

      Cons

      You have to go to work! That means investing in yourself and doing what other top performers do, (investing in leads, protecting your dial time to book appointments, and helping families).
