Pros

FFL has the best business opportunity out there. I was searching for a place I can partner with that allows me to have and run my own business but also have the chance to use the platform that’s been proved and tested to accelerate my growth. This is an entrepreneur’s dream finding family first life. They have everything put in place so you don’t have to waste time and money to figure things out. Also, the support you get from everyone on the team is great. I came from a really competitive industry where no one would be willing to help you. Here, you can anyone in the company and they will stop what they are doing to answer your questions. The culture and one team mindset is everything.

Cons

If you aren’t comfortable with a commission only position where you control your own income than this isn’t for you.

Pros

Quick and good pay. Free training. Lots of post of agents making money. Good carrier partnerships.

Cons

No real help other than being told to buy more leads. Leads can be very old and while some are ok most are terrible. Newer leads within the CRM limited and not real time as they say they are. No real help other than being told watch the training on a video link or be told just dial.

99% of our training is done online, and you can not be successful in insurance unless you're sitting in front of new people each week. I'm not sure what type of help this reviewer was looking for, but accessing training and getting in front of clients are two pivotal parts of helping a new agent to start seeing results.
