Pros

I was impressed by high reviews. Watched a lot of youtube videos. I took the leap. Did the bootcamp. I believed in the 'we got leads' vision. I speant $1000 on leads. Called 90 people. Half picked up. Others are not interested and dont want to be contacted. Booked 6 appointments. Almost sold 1. I asked the people I met why they clicked on the add and they said it was an AARP ad for 250K life insurance for $50 a month. Now I ve learn this bait and swicth is how the insurance industry out. So im another statistic of 97 percent of agents who fail and you probably will be too. However, if you can learn to lie to people and really love money and willing to do whatever it takes, you can be rich.

Cons

MLM hype like herbalife. It is what it is. Not transparent. Everything is scripted when recruiting prospects interested in selling life insurance. Lies and deception. But if you can stomach all of it, u cant make some serious money. Mind you, they recruit about 2000 agents a week. How many of them you think will succeed. The deception is what unfortunate....but, again, if you love money and willing to risk it all and put your life on hold, you can make a nice penny. its a numbers game for who you sell to and its a number game with who succeeds with FFL or any other shady MLM

I'm not sure where this reviewer got the statistic of "97% of agents fail here" but it's clear that mindset was one of the leading reasons for their lack of success. Sales is not necessarily easy, we don't pretend that it is. But, it is a simple process if you're coachable, teachable, and willing to go through rejection early on without quitting. For some, that is too much to bear and in that case we would recommend going into a different line of work. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Very helpful in getting you licensed. Training and the ability to communicate with those above you is first class. If you want to work hard and willing to put in the time, this opportunity can be lucrative.

Cons

Not really a minus, but you have to invest in buying leads. Be prepared to spend anywhere from $200 to $1000 per month to generate solid leads.
