      Pros

      The leadership at FFL is top notch. They keep making things better for us agents every chance they get. Top comp, bonus plans, culture, leads, training, local offices, equity opportunity, the list goes on!

      Cons

      This business model is not for people with poor work ethic, poor morals or a W-2 mindset. Work hard and win with FFL.

      Pros

      It has completely changed my life financially. I went from making $7,000 a month to $25,000+ a month. Now I can lead a massive salesforce of hungry agents and teach them to make more money then they’ve ever dreamed to support their families as well.

      Cons

      No Cons at all. I like to work hard and plan my own schedule and FFL lets me do just that.

      Great opportunity to have access to leads and high commission rates from the top insurance carriers in the industry

      I cannot think of any cons. I only wish I had found out about them sooner. This is the Best Business Ever.
