      Pros

      Been in insurance my whole career and I am happy I switched to FFL. They walk the walk and talk the talk. Just a straightforward organization who reward you handsomely!

      It's hard work but lucrative. There are no cons in hard work

      Pros

      I joined back in the early days before Facebook leads! It was harder in the old days but I am so glad I stuck with FFL. They have always looked out for the agents first. They have grown and now we have so many options to offer our clients. They are outstanding.

      Cons

      There are cons in any job but this job gives me satisfaction knowing I helped a family in the event of an unfortunate circumstance.

      Pros

      I am not a phone person and I am awful on the phone. the best thing about FFL is that they lay out the best practices but you can do it your way. Not good on the phone? Become the text and door knock queen. I am doing well and I love my job.

      Cons

      I have to work hard but I am working smarter! If you are not consistent this is not the job for you
