Everything! Awesome people! Awesome training! Awesome Paychecks! Finding a company to work for where it doesn’t feel like work is rare to find…but this is one of those companies.

Cons

As a recruiter for the fastest growing IMO company, I always have an overloaded schedule but I wouldn’t change it for the world. Seeing the face of new agents getting that huge first deposit check is priceless and feel so blessed to be a part of it 🙂
