      Pros

      Family first life has changed my life in so many ways for the better! You’ll always find yourself striving for more here! The mentorship is something you can’t find anywhere else. Lead from the front is their motto, which always inspires me to reach my highest potential because I see so many other agents performing at high levels.

      Scary at first, but worth it as you go!

      Pros

      You’re your own boss, get paid a fair commission (95%-105% most of the time depending on experience etc), not forced to recruit for a fair pay.

      Cons

      If you get lazy you will definitely see it in your bank account! Could be nerve wrecking at first… chargebacks are not fun (when a client cancels within a year & you have to send the money back.
