      Normally this type of job is every person for himself. Not here! Teamwork is self evident. The upline is there for you as well as fellow agents. Training is available daily! Everything from beginning to end. The only way to fail at this job is to not try. There is no ceiling on earning potential!

      Training that is readily available, open to all, and free. - This is simply invaluable Incredible amounts of great leads - so we don't bother our friends and relatives. Incredible support - not only from your team but from across the company. Great and free conferences Incredible leadership from the top and created a culture that cares for families that we help and for all members of FFL. Gives back immensely to the community - Something that is very important to me. Provides great independence to excel on own pace
