It's outstanding. If you read negative reviews, it's from someone that didn't go to work, was not interested in learning, and was lazy. 24 months ago, I joined FFL and it's been the best business system I've ever participated within. I am so thankful I found FFL.

Cons

If you're lazy, you're not going to like this system.

Pros

Feels like I'm helping people rather than pushing a sale on them. The training is pretty good for being virtual and the community backs each other. Strong sense of "In this together mentality". There are a lot products to help every unique situation that I've encountered.

Cons

Hard to weigh the risks. Best bet is jumping in. Had issues with new systems at first which bumped me back a couple weeks for contracting. Easy to get lost in all the information.

There is so much freedom in this; and the way First First Life has set it up, there is a system already in place that is working. No wondering the wheel, the most honest company in the insurance space.

Cons

We don’t offer contract; it can also be a pro as well.
