      - Great free training and on-boarding process for new comers and licensed agents - High compensation (90-145%) - Agency bonuses - Residuals vested day 1 - Team oriented position -Not selling friends or family, simply assisting families who have requested the information you can provide

      Cons

      These are pros for me, but maybe not for some....\ Must haves: - highly self-motivated - entrepreneurial mindset - work ethic - everyone gets started at different speeds (I wish I had gotten going faster)

      Pros

      This company is transparent they show commissions up front,warm leads to work and helping families.Leadership is top notch .How many large companies can you call the CEO and speak with him.He go's on door knocks ,go's on appointments with agents.In the Marine Corps we had a saying leadership is up front and by example and that is this company.

      I'm trying and trying and trying.I can NOT find one bad thing about FFL

      Pros

      They flat out want to see you succeed. Training unlimited and it's free. This is definitely the right decision for me and I look forward to building a great legacy here with FFL.

      Cons

      Only a negative mindset because the company gives you all the tools and the team is always willing to help.
