      The Culture @ FFL is awesome! Everyone here is always willing to help especially when you're out on the field as a new agent. The compensation is outstanding from the get go. It's a great way to do ordinary things and become extraordinary! Best Business Ever!!

      If you only listen to the successful agents, you really can't lose.

      Pros

      Training is great and they train you on to sell life insurance as well as annuities. They help your new agents with getting their life license and you don’t have to pay to join them and refer all your friends and family. They teach you on how to get leads, call them, and sell them. Commissions are great starting out at 90% and you get to keep your renewals.

      Cons

      Hard work. its up to you to do the work to make money. Not a get rich quick company.
