      Online training is great, but so are any other IMO

      I think this reviewer may have FFL confused with another IMO that they're working with. We offer the highest compensation levels that go up to 145%. We also don't even have a contract for our new agents to sign with our IMO . If an agent does request a release we pride ourselves on granting it within 24 hours.

      Secretary at corporate needs to learn to listen to the problem instead of over talking, there are brokers from New York and even on the reviews here, sec. telling me they do not do business in NY

      The carriers we work with do not offer their products in NY. We do have some agents that live in NY but they sell in other states.

      You are technically independent at FFL

      Cons

      You are dependent on resold leads. I've been there for years and watched agents get bullied into getting old leads. Dialing the phone is school. Some managers will use and abuse your time and prey on you to make money. Don't Trust management in NJ and FL. Newer IMOs are paying higher COMP with less the drama. If you are not part of the "club" you will be "locked out" from the good leads
