Pros

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 10 years and FFL is the place to be! Plug into the training, absorb the information, and most importantly, consistently put in an honest day’s work repeatedly and you will be successful. Commission levels are unmatched in the industry.

Cons

Especially at the beginning, you should be putting in 6 days a week if you want to be successful so that might be hard for some, but there are many that do it and nothing that was worth it in this world is easy to attain.

Pros

Everyone wants you to see win. The CEO is great. I started and have been working hard .The is better than I thought. I came from selling cars. Their no games just hard work and getting paid. I love it.

Cons

Dialing days can be tough but its the nature of the beast.

Pros

I was in Corporate America since 1998, sometimes, working 50, 60 or 70 hours per week, for someone else's company. I never made more than just a hair under $62K/year, because most of that time, I was salaried. But, the pandemic changed everything; and I started thinking of careers that might be "pandemic-proof." I am so glad that I chose FFL!! Now, I make more part time than I ever did at any of my full time HR/Talent Acquisition jobs over the years! I choose to work part time right now only because of personal family reasons; however, I am so grateful that FFL allows me the flexibility to make my own schedule and to earn even more working part time than my former full time career ever offered.,, All of that, and my stress level is almost unnoticeable, now. I was actually put on an anti-anxiety/antidepressant med at my last Corporate job due to work stress; but now, I get to ENJOY helping individuals and families get qualified for the protection they so need... and the insurance carriers pay me for doing this!! (Oh-- and I quit the Rx pills the day my former Corporate job let me go last year.) And FFL has the BEST comp rates out of any IMO that I researched during my job search. If you follow the system and stay focused, you can't not win at this! It's truly the best career decision I ever made!

Cons

It's hard for me to think of cons because the only thing that's annoying to me would be the leads who insist that they didn't submit a request online for help with insurance. That is really more of an industry con than an FFL con, in my opinion. My guess is that people don't want to be "sold" something, but they *do* want information... so they get defensive or they simply don't answer their phone, ever. The solution for that is to move onto the next lead until you find the person who sincerely wants help and will allow me to show them their options. I never "sell" anyone anything-- I show people their options and give my professional opinion of what would work best in their situation. The ball is always in their court; however, I'm the one who is licensed, so it's all about attitude and mindset... and doing right by your clients.
