      Non, they lie to you

      Cons

      All cons, when you go into business with a co Sony that lies to you. There isn’t a captive contract but when you walk away from the lies they hold you captive and won’t release you. No communication or true guidance. You have to come out of pocket thousands of dollars for them to help you get good leads and started making money for yourself. Everything was a lie and no response after they get caught in their lies. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

      Pros

      Great Leadership as long as you are on the right team!!! Pay is fast, also best compensation percentage in the Insurance Industry! This is a FAST PACED CAREER, ideal to single young people that are money driven and self motivated!

      Cons

      The re-sale or the re-cycling of ( old ) Leads makes your co-workers sell to your clients. It’s a drive through sale, you have to compete against charge backs… You get cut up on a hamster wheel of buying leads without any true knowledge of prospecting for new clients and how to keep those clients in the books. You are encouraged to build a team but nobody talks about the tragic risk of debt that can rolled up to you if your new agent decides to leave! Pick and choose your agents well! The culture it’s geared towards hard sale and volume, not so much client relationship.

      None They put on a good show.....smoke, and mirrors while they are all making money off you laughing, wondering why so many people are so naive and fall for these MLM schemes still in this day and age!

      Cons

      Steal from the Poor to feed the rich that get richer and laugh all the way to the bank. When they rip you or a family member of your off, they will claim to never have even heard your name! Evil. Pure Evil.
