Not really a downside but you need to work hard in this industry if you want to make it. Hustle day and night. But so worth it if you want to be successful

A ton of cheap leads

Cons

All those cheap leads are resold over and over again to other agents. You end up spending more money than you make. They claim to have great training, but no one want to put in the time to actually train you on anything.

All of our agents work off of the same lead sources so we know that leads are not the problem. We always encourage agents to reach out to their manager or our corporate office if they find that they're not making sales.
