The compensation is crazy, truly the highest in the industry. You never have to bother friends and family for a sale, FFL has a fantastic and super affordable stream of all types of leads. You are also an actual independent contractor here, you never sign a contract to FFL. Meaning you’re free to leave whenever if you want and you take your residual income with you as you are vested on day one. FFL has basically fixed what everyone dislikes about selling insurance.

Cons

It takes a little while (about a month), to learn, get licensed, and get contracted, but that’s part of getting into a new industry.
