Pros
I absolutely love working with FFL. We have the top compensation, an abundance of free training readily available at your fingertips, thousands of agents that want to see you succeed and are always happy to provide you with any tips/advice to help you do so, and so many other great things to list out. The best part of this company is how we are all treated like family and the CEO, Shawn, really does everything to be in our (agents’) best interest.
Cons
I have been with this company for over 7 months and in the industry for years. I have experience and other companies to compare FFL to and I can honestly say I haven’t found anything negative here.
