FFL has a way/method of marketing that works exactly as they describe as long as you actually do it. Simple as that!

Cons

You have to get used to investing in your business. Not a big deal really, but people who have never done that before have to trust it will work for them. It does as long as you work. This is not for slackers.

Steve Giordano is a true servant leader. He always is willing to help the team, regardless of the level of involvement in selling by the life agent. The company constantly has training and motivation videos that by far are the best in the business. The compensation rate is very fair.

Cons

Nothing negative to share. The harder one works, the more they will be rewarded.
