      Pros

      Warm leads, best training in the business, constant contact with leaders, Vice Presidents, and even the president himself. You have to work hard. If you're willing to work, you'll make more money than you've ever imagined. If you follow the system that's in place and are humble, sky's the limit.

      Cons

      You have to work hard.....lol! No cons whatsoever. This company doesn't tolerate negativity or naysayers. They also expect you to produce and produce a lot. In return you make a lot of money with a super high commission scale.

      Pros

      The support system is simply incredible! Surrounded by hard-working, dedicated business owner's with like-minded goals and ethics. If you are motivated without micromanagement and want to earn REAL money. This opportunity could change your life as it has mine.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. I have read some posts on here saying that they require you buy expense leads. That is simply FALSE. They do offer an option for exclusive leads which pay for themselves ten-fold. Any business has to have a market to sell to... I know that when i buy leads (not by force and not expensive) I get at least a 400% return on my investment. Leads are investing in your business. NO LEADS - NO APPTS - NO MONEY.

      None. None at all. Stay away.

      Cons

      The title says it all. This is the worst mistake you will ever make if decide to join this awful company. Do believe any of the lead advice from the videos, they are all lying to get you to buy more. Most of the people that were on top are gone. P.S. I have never see a warning from Glassdoor about inflating leads ever.
