      Pros

      I was downsized late in my career as an HR manager. I struggled to find a job, and I was nowhere near ready to retire. I saw a job posting for Family First Life. I thought me, sell insurance! I got my license with Family First Life's help and joined the Family so to speak. I am happy I did. I am learning so much so fast which is keeping me on my toes.

      Cons

      This is a young man or woman's game. It is hard work but I think it is keeping me young.

      Pros

      Love my job with Family First Life. They have it all and I love their mission and culture. The training is inspirational as well as informative. The corporate office full of people willing to go out of their way. My uplines are ALWAYS available to help while I am in the home. I was at first not sure about Family First Life but they consistently surpass my expectations.

      Cons

      This is a comission only job, make sure you can do this job BEFORE you give up your day job.
