      Everyone wants to see you win. Training available and mentorship. Compensation plan is one of the best!

      Since I’m part time for now, I haven’t found any cons yet and I doubt that there is!

      Pros

      Leadership is excellent. I’ve gotten 17K deposited in 3 weeks due to the effective leadership and development. I come from a 6 figure career so jumping into FFL where there isn’t a cap of income is motivating and a no brainer. I can’t imagine being anywhere else and I’m forever grateful for the people who saw something in me to get me where I am now in less than a month.
