None whatsoever. They talk a big game but don't deliver.
Cons
They rope you in with promises of big commissions and access to great leads, not bothering to tell you that you need significant assets to be able to invest into lead costs so you can get past the huge learning curve and actually make money. Their leads are not cheap and low quality. Probably about one in one hundred agents succeed with this company. Most of all, they will not grant carrier releases or transfers to other agencies and will claim that it's the carriers who make that decision, which is a complete lie. If you are thinking of working with this company just know that you have been fairly warned and your chances of succeeding with them are extremely low. There are good reasons why this company has had so many lawsuits filed against them.
