      This company is amazing they truly have came up with the most genius way for agents to build or produce their way up to the top everyone wins everyone makes money. Your a true 1099 you work your schedule. High compensation over 90%-145% has a broker no middle man so you are paid 1 to 3 days. You truly learn your products and can help clients it's truly mission before the comission. You help clients that want to be helped. If you are looking to be successful and win for your family check us out. The system is dupicatable and simple

      You Own your book of business day 1 even if you leave, high starting compensation, VP bonus’s, Leads are available, promotions based off 1 category (production), there is virtual training, sales seminars are free, annual events are free, work directly with carriers so you get daily pay, yes daily pay, partnership with Integrity.

      Cons

      People make more money than they ever have so a big vision, self discipline is required because if you don’t you may get comfortable at a six figure income and not experience the industry wealth and we don’t have mandatory meetings every other day.
