      Pros

      I have had to work hard, but it has been worth it. I love the one for all and all for one attitude of Family First Life. They are truly changing how insurance is sold and embrace a changing world.

      Cons

      Some weeks you win and others you don't but over time you can make consistent money.

      Pros

      Highest compensation, free training from actual 20k+ producers, vested renewals day one and so much more. Never thought a company such as FFL could create an atmosphere where not only is everyone passionate about work and loving what they do, but also get paid a lot for the work they put in. The money is great when you start and in insurance, it only increases with time.

      Cons

      Only cons would be for someone who isn’t coachable and doesn’t care about helping people. This probably wouldn’t be the role for you.
