Pros
The company is extremely supportive of the field agents out serving and protecting families in the field. We get paid the highest compensation in the industry. The awesome training is provided to all at no charge. There is always someone to help out if help is needed. I also have to mention the leadership from the top down is second to none.
Cons
if you are not currently licensed, you will need to get and insurance license to go to work. Also expect a learning curve in the beginning.
