The commission! I interviewed at 12 different life insurance companies and the majority of them offered 35-45% commission. Most of them also suggested I called my friends and family to make sales. Family first life really puts the agent first. Average commission of $1250 a sale is insane. This company has turned my life around financially. Plus the leads are so great. People are already interested and it makes selling so much easier.

Cons

Buying leads was a very hard concept for me to grasp when I just started. Investing 500-1000 dollars in leads scared me, but I knew a couple people in the company and they promised I would make my money back and they were right! $7000 paid in my first week

*They don’t like to pay claims * They say you aren’t captive but they will fire you if you work with another company *Leads are horrible *Low Commission *You aren’t really vested from day one. (I left the company and my residuals stopped)

Great training from Neil and the teaming Orlando. We do a weekly team zoom call that is AWESOME!!! So much info shared in that one hour. I received a discount code for my first lead order just for completing the bootcamp training. I bought $1,000 of leads in my county, just like they said, even though I was nervous about it. I called the leads from 8 am to about 3 pm twice that week on Monday and Thursday. I set 22 appointments and sold 12 of them. Then had $18,193 deposited in my bank account over the course of the week and into the next week! This is simple but it does take hard work. I did have people say they wanted to think about it, or no show me but what I mattered most were the people I was able to help. I LOVE MY NEW CAREER!

Cons

Wish I would have done this sooner. Can only imagine where I'd be if I started when Neil first talked to me last year.
