Pros

free training, high comp, no resold leads, leads availability’s everywhere in USA, access to 6 figure income immediately, ability to build an organization, access to 12 companies, no contacts signed with FFL, truly an independent agent!

Cons

must be willing to work 40 hrs, no manager telling you when and where to work, no computer presentations, no free gifts to trick people into buying insurance, no low comp, no pyramid schemes to make managers rich and agents poor,

Pros

They pay the highest commission and do not resell their leads. Training is excellent and paid for by Family First life. My income was tripled they first year I started working for FFL. Also love the motto, built for agents buy agents. There is no contract with FFL which made me feel good about their intentions. They are basically saying if they don't provide the best program out there, I am free to leave with no contractual obligations. I have seen other IMOs with contracts file lawsuits against agents leaving them to provide a better financial future for you own family.

Cons

Mediocre sales people do not feel comfortable with FFL because they expect high level production and honest producers. They also don't resell their leads so they are a tiny bit more expensive than most IMOs who sell them 10-15 times. Another con is that there are a lot of angry managers from other companies that don't want their agents to find out about how high FFLs commission structure is. In fear of them losing agents that are being paid low comp, they spread rumors and say bad things about family first life.

Pros

Tremendous support, development and training. FFL has helped me to find a new career and allowed me to have the flexibility needed to support my family.

Cons

The only con I would ever consider is on my end: it was a challenge for me to transition into a new industry.
