      Pros

      Top compensation, renewals vested day 1, great work-life balance, control over your schedule and income. Couldn't ask for more! Shawn (CEO) is the most honest and up front person you could ask for. Great leadership!

      Cons

      Not a con for me, but must be a self starter. Not a position for someone who wants a salary or expects to be paid for doing nothing.

      Pros

      From day 1 the company mantra has been to put the clients family first as well as your own. I've been doing that from the beginning and became profitable in my first month and haven't looked back. Great products, great training, great comp levels, and renewals. What more can you ask for?

      Cons

      If you're not a self motivated person this may not be for you.

      Pros

      Very High Commission, Great training, Multiple A Rates Insurance companies, No extra fees/"clubs" to join. Control over your own leads. Work life balance is great. Amazing support from the corporate office.

      Cons

      Not really a con but its commission only and if you not self motivated this isn't for you
