Pros

Quick and good pay. Free training. Lots of post of agents making money. Good carrier partnerships.

Cons

No real help other than being told to buy more leads. Leads can be very old and while some are ok most are terrible. Newer leads within the CRM limited and not real time as they say they are. No real help other than being told watch the training on a video link or be told just dial.

99% of our training is done online, and you can not be successful in insurance unless you're sitting in front of new people each week. I'm not sure what type of help this reviewer was looking for, but accessing training and getting in front of clients are two pivotal parts of helping a new agent to start seeing results.

Pros

Great marketing to prospective agents

Cons

You need to invest a lot of money into leads. Leads can be new or very old. It Doesn’t mean people will answer the phone or answer the door. You may have better luck cold calling. It’s like a religious cult putting on a show for the general public when it’s all about money. There are positive reviews on here because ffl gives a lead discount for those who leave a positive review.

This reviewer is correct in stating that a lead doesn't mean that someone will answer the door or the phone. That's why it's called a "lead" not a guaranteed sale. Unfortunately, sometimes people enter into sales with the same type of mindset that they would have at a 9-5 position. But, numbers don't lie. And our sales force issued over $10 million last week in just life sales. Sales is not for everyone, but the ones who are able to master the art of selling can build a very lucrative career for themselves here.
