Top comp 90-145% Fully vested renewals from day one Plenty of Leads Free training/conferences They even pay for your licensing course Quick contracting process **You feel like FAMILY when you’re here** RARE!

Cons

None Listen, if there’s a negative review on here it either someone who didn’t follow the east process to make it or they want everything given to them on a silver plater. Got to put in the effort.

Work as hard and as much as you want, can work around the country, they pay for your course to get your license, many people to help and support you. Can make a lot of money.

Cons

You must be a self motivator and stick to a schedule for yourself.

Pros

The leadership and transparency throughout the company is unmatched. Only the top producers are allowed to train and free. Doesn’t get much better than that. Sold 15 policies in my first three weeks and I had no prior sales experience.

Cons

The only downside is that it can get lonely
