Pros

I can’t say enough good things about FFL. Affordable leads are available every day. High compensation. A wide range of carriers to make sure the client is served in the best way possible. Free training and a powerful team environment.

Cons

For the company I don’t have any cons. For someone looking at this opportunity as a new career, it takes work and focus to succeed at a high level but it’s very possible for anyone willing to do the work.

Pros

I needed a change from my career. I decided to try insurance as a side gig to my regualr job to pay off my student loans faster. After I got my licence and worked with my upline I hit the field. Quickly I was making more than I did at my real job and I was doing this on the weekend!! Within a month I quit my day job and made insurance my career. I love it!

Cons

This is no walk in the park. The life of an agent is lonely but has a ton of freedom.

Pros

I came to Family First Life after going to a sales conference and watching Shawn Meaike and some of the VP's speak about the company. I was out of work and was struggling to find a new job. I did my research and decided to become an independent insurance agent. I studied and passed my test in about a month. The upline's at my local office were incredibly supportive as I fumbled through my first few weeks but I started getting a few sales here and there. I attended all of the calls and trainings I could. Slowly but surely I started making a living! Within a year I was making more than I did in my last career! I had to work really hard, and I had to work seven days a week at first, but I did it. It was so empowering to have control over my career!

Cons

This is not a con but this is not a job it is a business you will own. With it comes freedom but hard work too.
