The resources at FFL are incredible. From the people, to the leads, to the free training, everything is packaged for the individual agent to succeed (if you do the work). When you do, you are rewarded with the highest compensation in the industry. The transparency is apparent in everything associated with this agency. It’s a selfless company ran by selfless people. Do your own independent research and make your own independent assessment of the merits of this company opportunity.

Cons

The cons have nothing to actually do with the company. Rather, the misinformation associated with company is often used to sensationalize untruths.

-Excellent compensation even if you’re new -Non-captive. They won’t hold your carrier contracts for 6 months like other big IMOs - many people are successful and great engagements tools available so you have an opportunity to ask for help in real-time while also learning from established pros

Cons

Be prepared to work weekends. That is when a great deal of sales take place You need to learn to love the phones and have a thick skin when dealing with some prospects That said, the above not specific to FFL but the industry in general
