Pros

Compassionate staff who work hard to meet the needs of clients. The agency offers wide variety of programming across three counties so there is the opportunity to take advantage of internal job changes as well as advancement. the agency offers good training and supervision.

Cons

Some programs are under resourced so staff can have high case loads.

Pros

Many truly caring and dedicated employees. Leadership does care about employees as well as about the community we provide services to. Lot of promotion from within.

Cons

Salaries are low. Some middle management leave a lot to be desired. Some departments very clique-y.
