- focus on professional growth for all team members from behind the scenes care coordinators to executive leadership - connected and joyful culture even with a completely remote workforce - effective patient support that is making a real difference in the lives of women who are struggling
Cons
- having to prioritize what is most important to drive forward at any given time due to being a small but mighty team at this stage

Pros
The team is so kind and is truly focused on quality patient care. They work together do to whatever they can to ensure the patients get the care they need whether that's with our providers or an external provider. It feels great to know we're serving perinatal patients who otherwise might have a hard time finding specialized care.
Cons
It's seed stage so everyone is wearing many hats, but we make it work and it's a fun team which makes everything much easier :)
