Pros
It is pretty decent money when they are busy and very friendly atmosphere. They are true the Famous Dave's mentality on being you, be real, be famous. You become really close with your coworkers and management does not micromanage.
Cons
It is really hard to break it into serving. I started serving a month after I started working there but they kept me on max 2 serving shifts a week. It was hard to learn the ropes when I wasn't getting enough shifts. However, the store I was at was pretty slow which might have more to do with it than the company itself but I felt that if you haven't been there for years, they weren't going to make sure you had serving shifts.
