      Pros

      Proactive in getting feedback and acting on it. Transparent. open and honest communication. Brilliant minds who are very creative and innovative.

      Cons

      Great work has been started on this and would love to continue to see structure being put in but structure that enables us to continue to be fluid and flexible and not structure for structures sake.

      Pros

      Each individual is encouraged to learn in way that suits that individual, and is always supported by the company. The offices are always kitted out with not just equipment, but with snacks, drinks, and even beer/cider!!

      Cons

      The current political/legislative nature in the US over the company's core product in Daily Fantasy Sports creates a lot of noise, and it can sometimes be difficult to avoid it.

      No Pros to Working Here

      Cons

      The company is divided in two...there are the sycophants and then there are the workers who keep quiet and say nothing to keep out of trouble. Most of the senior leaders are toxic and incompetent but they maintain a clique to keep each other at the top and keep the talented people out. Worst culture I have ever seen.
