      Pros

      Ability to work from home a lot of the time, though I have a feeling that this will also change in the future.

      Cons

      Toxic senior leaders only interested in their own progression. Employees are not trusted or valued. Too much emphasis on performance metrics. Employees becoming overworked. Career opportunities good if you tow the line.
