      Pros

      FanDuel treats its staff with a great deal of trust and respect and this shows in the culture here. Performance is gaged on a person’s contribution to the company, not on the number of hours they sit at their desk. Everyone has the opportunity to influence change, and management is always supportive and appreciative of that. If you’re a motivated self-starter who shares our values, this is a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      It’s not perfect, but I’ve yet to discover somewhere that is. While we don’t have mature processes for everything we are constantly improving.

      Pros

      Huge pool of talent people Great working environment, although can be hectic during NFL Plenty to work on, almost too much sometimes Senior managers give us space to get on with the work

      Cons

      Volume of work can sometimes mean personal learning gets put on the back burner Growing pains sometimes obvious

      Pros

      Great industry, great culture, great people. Not much more you can ask for. Love coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Could probably make more money somewhere else but the work atmosphere, culture, and unlimited time off make up for that in my mind
