      Great place to work Company culture is great Salary, bonus, benefits (esp unlimited PTO) all amazing Largely remote work which works great for work life balance Best thing about FanDuel, the software!!!

      Cons

      Way too much focus on ‘visibility’; and it’s more performative purposes Promo process is ridiculous, you’re. Better off moving to a new job!

      -Interesting projects -Great colleagues -Flexible PTO -Decent health insurance

      Cons

      -Push to RTO without enough desks in the NYC office -Most people in mid-level management are clicky/political. If you're on their bad side you're screwed -Salary is not up to par with other companies

      Remote flexible - when you come in is based on conversations with your manager and very flexible Fairly laid back and no work-based high-stress situations

      Cons

      Unprofessional environment. Colleagues ghost each other and take weeks to respond to emails on semi-urgent tasks. It also fosters a culture that kills ambition if driven employees are faced with bottlenecks and stonewalling by their colleagues.
